Pneumatics

Pneumatics is a form of compressed air application. Air pressure is generated by drawing in and compressing ambient air with the aid of a dedicated compressor. When required, this can be released in a controlled manner to set machine mechanisms in motion. The resulting compressed air thus serves as a driving force for simple, but also for more complex work processes. If the pneumatics is electrically controlled, it is called electropneumatics. It is also considered to be an uncomplicated and easily controllable drive technology.
