Embedded solutions for a wide range of applications
Embedded solutions are used wherever the interaction of optimally harmonised hardware and software components is required. An important criterion here is that the embedded system must react to the surrounding process in each case. A distinction is made between interactive and reactive systems. Interactive solutions are often systems that react in real time. For this, it must be ensured that the computer carries out the desired interaction in time. Reactive models, on the other hand, are not automatically real-time systems.
A classic example of interactive embedded solutions are, for example, USB dongles that ensure the interaction of NFC devices. Compared to other wireless connections such as Bluetooth or Wifi, NFC offers advantages such as higher data security and lower energy requirements.
