These are your tasks

• In your role, you are responsible for configuring and managing analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, PiwikPro, or Matomo, ensuring that our data foundation is reliable and meaningful.
• Together with the team, you develop and create comprehensive reports and dashboards that make our KPIs measurable and highlight trends.
• You delve deep into the analysis of user behavior, conversion paths, and marketing campaigns to provide valuable insights.
• Your data visualizations make complex relationships tangible and provide significant value for our team and the entire company.
• You deliver succinct presentations for management and other stakeholders, helping to drive data-driven decisions.
• From your analyses, you derive clear action recommendations that can be implemented directly.
• You work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Product Management, and
• Finance to drive optimizations collaboratively.
• With your eye for innovation, you identify new analytical methods and tools that enhance our data-driven capabilities.

What you bring with you

• A degree in (Business) Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification – career changers with relevant experience are, of course, also welcome!
• Tools like Google Analytics 4, PiwikPro, Matomo, and tag management systems are part of your daily routine.
• You have experience in data analysis and visualization, ideally with tools like Excel, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Your analytical thinking and passion for numbers set you apart – you spot connections that others might miss.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban is a bonus but not a requirement.
• You approach challenges proactively, identify problems independently, and think in solutions – a true hands-on mentality.
• You enjoy working in a team and feel perfectly at home in a dynamic environment.
• You should be able to express yourself well and confidently in both German and English, making daily communication with colleagues and partners easier.
