Teamlead Logistics

Your tasks

• Ensure efficient, precise, and timely flow of goods for our products
• Lead, motivate, and develop your logistics team
• Support our Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Capacity-oriented personnel deployment planning (including vacation and shift planning)
• Fulfillment of agreed-upon goals and adherence to quality standards
• Monitoring, controlling, and prioritizing daily tasks and workflows
• Continuous process improvement and implementation of new measures to increase efficiency and quality
• Collaboration in day-to-day operations and close cooperation with Supply Chain & Finance departments
• Ensure compliance with our safety standards and applicable regulations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant professional and leadership experience in logistics, especially in order picking
• Excellent communication skills and experience in leading, motivating, and training teams
• Good knowledge of merchandise management and warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of common safety standards and regulations
• Ability to recognize problems independently and a solution-oriented mindset
