Interference filters for interference-free use of electronic devices
Minimising or even completely eliminating interference: interference suppression filters reduce negative influences in electronic devices and optimise their application. The use of ferrites is recommended for high-frequency interference. For low-frequency interference, the use of filters is necessary. TDK's corresponding interference suppression filters are installed in power supplies or in audio, video and computer technology.
Interference filters filter out mains hum and other interference from the signal to ensure flawless operation.

Coils, chokes and transformers – inductors for power supply
The collective term inductors covers coils, transformers and baluns. These are used for signal transmission and in frequency-determining circuits, such as chokes and transformers. A typical application is the power supply of electronic devices. In this case, not only the energy flow is relevant, but also the limitation of currents.
Film capacitors for current regulation
Film capacitors are frequently used in the power supply segment. Their main function is to smooth voltages and suppress interference.
One advantage of TDK capacitors is their small size, combined with high capacitance values and a long service life.

B82725 series interference suppression chokes
For power applications, the integration of current-compensating ring core dual chokes is recommended. TDK chokes do not affect either the DC current or the low-frequency currents within the device. On the other hand, high-frequency interference is effectively suppressed. The components are equipped with a ferromagnetic core. This means that the choke requires fewer windings, which in turn allows a lower overall height.

Film capacitors of the B32526 series
TDK's wired film capacitors have an extremely thin polyester film, which reduces the size of the components. Another advantage of metallised plastic film capacitors is their self-healing property. In the event of a short circuit at a specific point, the dielectric material at the point of breakdown and the metallic film coating evaporate. Residues and impurities from the short circuit are subsequently burnt off. This property allows for single-layer foiling.

Thermistors of the B57703 series
TThe thermistors in the B57703 series from TDK operate with extreme precision. The metal contact point enables good thermal coupling with simple assembly. These thermistors are primarily suitable for measuring temperatures on the surfaces of housings, chassis and pipes.
The NTC resistors can be individually configured on request to suit the respective application area: for example, with regard to the required resistance value, the nominal temperature, the tolerances or the wire length.
