Epoxy cast resin SENO 4046

for general-purpose electronic and related applications. The material hardens after casting with especially low tension and inherent temperature. High insulating values with defined electrical data and VDE-tested. The quality of the hardened resin is recognized to be physiologically safe. Ideal for molding electronic circuits. This clear transparent cast resin can be tooled after hardening (sawing, drilling, milling). Also, it can be stained black easily and quickly with a special coloring paste.

Content: package with 100 g resin plus 20 g hardener

Tensile strength: 500 to 800 kp/cm²

Pressure resistance: 800 to 1000 kp/cm²

Maximum continuous temperature: 90 °C (briefly 120 °C)

Hardening conditions:

- 15 to 30 hours at a room temperature of 20 °C

- 7 to 10 hours at 40 °C

- 2 to 4 hours at 70 °C

- 30 minutes at 100 °C
