Thermal compound, V10310-C2, Assmann WSW
The V10310-C2 thermal compound is a light colored heat sink paste, which improves the operational reliability as well as a quick and safe heat transfer between semi-conductor and heat sink. Air inclusions with low thermal conductivity are avoided. It is suitable for components without high frequency exposure.
This silicone-free compound is successfully used for all types of electronic components, such as transistors, diodes, thyristors, as well as other semiconductors.
