ESD hand dispenser with steel knife, for tapes with inner diameter 76 mm. Due to their isolating surface, standard tape dispensers generate high electrostatic charge. ESD dispensers with conductive powder coated finish (surface resistance < 103 ohms) and an ESD safe core eliminate this charge.
