The 0061896 is a standstill monitor suitable for detects the standstill of 3-phase and 1-phase electric motors independent of the direction of rotation. This means sensors such as encoders or proximity switches are not required. The standstill monitor measures the induced voltage of the coasting motor. If the induced voltage approaches 0, this means motor standstill for the device and the output relay is activated.
