The RG 160-28/14 N is available with forward and backward curved blades. The low-noise centrifugal fan with forward-curved blades are also available with a volute casing. The centrifugal fan with backward-curved blades is designed as freewheelers and do not require a volute casing. In the case of centrifugal fan with external rotor motors, the motor is placed in the impeller, which, in addition to optimum cooling of the motor, also results in a particularly compact design.
