No-Clean SMD solder paste, lead-free, type Edsyn CR 77.
Compliant with MiL-QQ-S571e, ideal for all SMD applications; Flux: FSW 32/RO L0. Solder alloy: Sn96,5Ag3Cu0,5, suitable for silver-containing and copper-plated surfaces. Features: no-clean paste, excellent contour stability, no formation of solder pellets or splashes, extended processing time and shelf life (at +20 °C), ideal for fine-pitch applications, impeccable soldering results with hot air and soldering iron. Supplied with CR 499 (Ø 0.41 mm) needle. Suitable dispensing needles: CR 450, CR 451, CR 452, CR 453, CR 490, CR 495, CR 499, CR 499, CR 501, and CR 503.
