Further development of the existing DIN 41612/IEC 60603-2 connector. A new contact design with double-arm spring principle enhances reliability and RF properties, while reducing crosstalk. Solder-free press-fit terminals with elastic ERNIPRESS zone or dip-solder terminals with four offset pins for fixation and positioning before soldering. Operating current at +20/70 °C 4.0/2.0 A; Test voltage: contact/contact 1000 V, contact/ground 1550 V. Leakage distance and air gap between contacts: 1.2 mm. Contact resistance: max. 20 mohm. Insulation resistance: at least 1000 Gohm. Basic grid: 2.54 mm. Housing material: polybutylene terephthalate 30 % GV. Combustibility: flame-resistant to UL 94 V-0. Pulling force per contact: at least 0.15 N. Operating temperatures: –65 to +125 °C.
