The 80K-6 is a high voltage probe that extends the voltage measurement capability of an AC/DC voltmeter to 6000 volts peak AC or DC overvoltage Category I. Examples include high voltage in televisions or photocopiers. DO NOT use this probe to measure high voltages in power distribution systems. The probe provides high accuracy when used with a voltmeter with an input impedance of 10 megohms.
