Cutting die holder, B08801030, GSR
The die holder made of die-cast zinc is specially designed for cutting dies in accordance with DIN EN 22568 (DIN 223) and GSR guides. Depending on the diameter, it has four or five burnished fastening screws with 90° tips, which enable precise centring in the die. The holder body made of fine die-cast zinc in accordance with DIN 1743 ensures high stability and durability, while the improved geometry makes it 120 % more resilient than comparable holders. The toggles are made of robust free-cutting steel and feature knurling to ensure optimum grip during operation. The locking screws are also burnished and knurled to hold the die securely in place and ensure reliable use. The die-cast zinc body made from Zamak 5 is finished with an environmentally friendly powder coating for additional protection.
The die holder is supplied in an environmentally friendly brown folding box and is designed to securely hold round dies in accordance with DIN EN 22568 (DIN 223). Thanks to its well thought-out design and high-quality materials, it offers excellent performance and easy handling in everyday use.
