The DDPE precision rework station is a perfect solution for fast and precise SMD rework of chip components and ICs with small contours.
The DDE control unit manages up to 2 tools simultaneously and is fully compatible with 10 different JBC tools. See the complete list of compatible tools below.
This post-processing station is supplied with the T210 precision purpose handle and AM120 adjustable micro-tweezers. The short distance from tip to handle of both tools offers highest precision in handling even under the microscope.
The T210 precision handle works with C210 cassettes and the AM120 with C120 cassettes, whose exceptional thinness allows components on heavily loaded PCBAs to be reworked without disturbing nearby components.
