A miniature normally closed, single-pole solid state relay uses IXYS integrated circuits' patented, optically coupled, OptoMOS architecture to provide 1500 Vrms of input/output isolation in a small 4-pin SOP package. It uses IXYS integrated circuits' state of the art double-molded vertical construction packaging to produce one of the world’s smallest relays. Furthermore, it is ideal for replacing larger, less-reliable reeds and electromechanical relays.
