Thyristor module rectifier bridge with an isolation voltage of 3600 V, very low forward voltage drop, very low leakage current, advanced power cycling, and copper base plate with internally DCB isolation. The rugged X2PT design results in a short circuit rating of 10 µsec., very low gate charge, low EMI, and square RBSOA 2x Ic.
