The LPC2103FBD48 is a 16-/32-bit Microcontroller based on ARM7TDMI-S core with real-time emulation that combines the microcontroller with 32kB of embedded high-speed flash memory. A 128-bit wide memory interface and an unique accelerator architecture enable 32-bit code execution at the maximum clock rate.

- Three levels of flash code read protection (CRP) implemented
- ISP/IAP via on-chip bootloader software
- Single flash sector or full chip erase in 100ms and programming of 256bytes in 1ms
