The NCP160AFCS285T2G is a linear regulator capable of supplying 250 mA output current. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, this device provides low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. In connection with low quiescent current this device is well suitable for battery powered applications such as cell phones, tablets and other. This device is protected in case of current overload, output short circuit and overheating.
