The ELECOLIT 325 50 GR. is a silver-filled, solvent-free 2K epoxy resin adhesive. It can be processed with dispenser or stamp. Curing already takes place at room temperature, very short curing times are possible at elevated temperatures. It is characterized by good conductivity values during cold curing and good gap filling capacity.
