The force gage with an external load cell is designed for the measurement of compressive forces at hard-to-reach measuring points. The load cell is connected to the force gage by a sensor cable of approx. 3 m length and thanks to the small cell dimensions it ensures a versatile application. The force gage load cell has several threaded holes on the underside, which allow a fixed installation. The force gage offers the option of storing two limit values, which are continuously compared with the instantaneous value. When exceeding or falling below these limits, a signal is displayed in the display of the force gage, as well as a response via external interfaces, e.g. this can be used for the control of a testing machine.
