The simple design and absolutely uncomplicated operation make it possible to use the adhesion meter as a measuring device for the practitioner for daily adhesion tests. Using adhesives with fast curing, it is possible for the user to perform all tests in the shortest possible time.

The ‘pull-off type’ adhesion meter is used to measure the adhesion of paints and other coatings to substrates and between layers or cohesive materials. The adhesion meter is manufactured in accordance with EN13144 and ISO 4624.

The mechanical pull-off adhesion test is performed with the adhesion meter in the following manner: A dolly (test pull-off body) is glued to the test surface and, after curing, pulled off using the spring system of the device. The force used to pull off the bonded dollies is displayed as a numerical value on the scale of the device. This value is the adhesion value.
