Torque meter, PCE-FB 500TW, PCE Instruments

Depending on the sensor, the PCE-TWM series torque spanner tester can test torque spanners up to 500 Nm. Thanks to the precise evaluation electronics, the torque spanner tester achieves a measurement uncertainty of just 0.5% of the measuring range. The torque spanner tester is mounted via a hole.

The torque spanner tester consists of the evaluation unit and an external cable-connected torque transducer, which ensures a convenient measurement setup. The torque spanners can be tested in both directions of rotation. Thanks to a limit value function, the torque spanner tester offers the option of signalling acoustically when the preset torque has been reached. The torque spanner tester displays the PEAK value (maximum value display) and the force curve, and also offers the option of statistically analysing the measurement curve. The measurement results can be saved on an internal SD card and read out either on the device or on the PC. The PC software for the torque spanner tester is included in the scope of delivery.
