The vibration transducer has been developed for continuous monitoring of the vibration velocity. Depending on the type of vibration transducer, a distinction is made between design and measuring range. The vibration transducer measures the vibration velocity in the range of ± 12.7 mm/s or ± 25.4 mm/s in the frequency range between 3 Hz and 1500 kHz.

The measured vibration velocity is output as a 4-20 mA process current. The vibration sensor is connected to a controller or process display in a current loop via a MIL-C-5015 connector. Depending on the design, the connection socket is mounted vertically or horizontally on the vibration sensor. The vibration sensor can be operated with a voltage of 12-24 V DC.

The built-in measuring instrument also features a quick access function for alarm setpoints, external control for activating predefined functions, eco mode for low consumption, selectable double scaling and 5 configurable brightness levels. A single universal power supply 18-265 V AC / DC makes the panel meter an easy-to-use process measuring device. Optional modules for output and control (relay, analogue output, Modbus RTU) are available to the user of the built-in measuring instrument.
