PTFE enriched multi-purpose aerosol EP grease provides exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures from -50°C to +200°C. Its excellent low temperature performance ensures protection of components in devices continuously exposed to extreme cold conditions. Thanks to the combination of lithium complex soap technology and EP additives, including PTFE, excellent resilience is achieved. The fully synthetic base oil leaves only minimal residue and contributes to a long service life even at high temperatures. SAPHIR spray grease is characterized by its high oxidation resistance, improves lubrication intervals and reduces equipment failures as well as downtime and lubricant consumption. It also offers excellent corrosion resistance, even in damp or wet conditions. PTFE's extremely low coefficient of friction helps minimize stick-slip during start-up and enables smooth and controlled movement.
