Lexium Cobot is a range of collaborative robots designed to assist workers with repetitive tasks. This cobot controller monitors collaborative robots with a payload of 5 kg to 7 kg, with an input voltage of 100 V to 240 V AC, 50-60 Hz. It has a high-speed input for belt tracking, 16 digital inputs and outputs and 2 analogue inputs and outputs. Lexium Cobot is designed to help workers perform repetitive and tedious tasks and protect their health by automating assembly lines. The protection class is IP44. It has a communication interface (RJ45 connection) for TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, ProfiNet and Ethernet/IP. It is made of aluminium and steel and weighs 12 kg. It is 410 mm wide, 307 mm high and 235 mm deep.
This cobot controller is designed so that it can be placed on the floor next to the robot arms in their working area. It is certified according to GB11291.1, EN ISO10218-1, EN60204-1, EN ISO12100, EN ISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001 and CE-marked.
