Collaborative robot, LXMRL18S0000, Schneider Electric
Lexium Cobot is a range of collaborative robots designed to assist workers with repetitive tasks. The Lexium collaborative robot has 6 degrees of freedom that allow it to perform movements similar to human gestures, relieving it of heavy and repetitive tasks. This collaborative robot can carry a load of 18 kg and has an action radius of 1073 mm. Lexium Cobot is designed to help workers perform repetitive and tedious tasks and protect their health by automating assembly lines. Its maximum action speed is 3.5 metres/second, its positioning accuracy is +/-0.03 mm, and its operating temperature ranges from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. It has 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 1 analogue output and integrated torque monitoring to protect the worker from collisions. The protection class is IP54. It is made of aluminium and weighs 35 kg.
The collaborative robot can be used for fast and safe repetitive applications such as gluing, machine setting, palletising, loading, welding and bonding. It is certified according to GB11291.1, EN ISO10218-1, EN60204-1, EN ISO12100, EN ISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001 and CE-marked. This robot is monitored by a controller and can be connected to a force sensor base, a force sensor flange and a 2D camera. It can be mounted in any position, e.g. on the floor, on the wall or on the ceiling. Collaborative robots are work companions for humans and make their work easier. The collaborative robot is a step towards Industry 4.0, in which the operator will work together with intelligent and manipulative robots.
