Level relay, RM22LA32MR, Schneider Electric
This level relay monitors the level of conductive, non-flammable liquids (conductive measuring principle) as a limit switch and can also be used to control liquid levels in a 2-point control during filling and emptying. For this purpose conductive level electrodes are hung in the tank. The measuring principle enables the differentiation of liquid and foam. Two relay changers are available for signalling, which can be loaded up to 8 A. For the resistance value is the limit value and for the outputs a response or switch-off delay is adjustable. The settings are made via operating elements in the front, which can be protected against changes under a transparent cover. The adjustment of the potentiometers can be clearly seen from a distance with an illuminated scale arrow. The diagnostic switch on the front allows the output relays to be switched off to test the entire application. The diagnostic switch is automatically reset when the transparent cover is closed. The wide voltage power supply unit allows a universal application. Two LEDs indicate the status. The construction width is 22.5 mm and the unit is mounted on the top-hat rail. The cable connection is made via screw terminals.
