This TM3 safety expansion module monitors emergency shutdown pushbuttons and limit switches to conform to PLd / Category 3. It meets the requirements of PL d/Category 3 conforming to EN/ISO 13849-1 and SILCL 2 conforming to EN/IEC 62061. It has a module locking latch, 2 TM3 bus connectors designed to provide continuity of the link between connected modules, a symmetrical rail locking clip, display block for the module channels and diagnostics. It has removable terminals for easier and better control wires tightening, thus improving installation reliability. It has spring terminals for fast and reliable wiring of safety circuits.
