Floor standing polyester enclosure, NSYPLA10104G, Schneider Electric
This PLA version of the Thalassa is a multi-purpose, floor-standing enclosure that is suitable for a variety of applications it measures 1000 mm in height, 1000 mm in width, and 420 mm in depth, and is made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, providing the enclosure with durability and resistance to harsh environments, both indoor and outdoor. The enclosure is available in grey (RAL 7035) and consists of two side parts, two plain front doors, and two rear panels, the doors can be opened from both the right and left sides, up to 120°, and feature a four-point lock with a 5 mm double-bar insert.
The doors and rear panels are also removable for maintenance purposes, the enclosure offers robust protection against various hazards, including fire, impact, dust, and water. It can withstand fire up to 960 °C in accordance with the IEC 62208 standard, and has an IK10 rating (IEC 62262), indicating high resistance to impacts it is rated IP65 (IEC 60529), offering complete protection against dust and water additionally. The enclosure has class II electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks and allow for the building of totally insulated solutions It is UL listed and DNV Marine certified and can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -35 °C to 90 °C without affecting its performance.
