Floor standing polyester enclosure, NSYPLA15123TG, Schneider Electric
This PLA version of the Thalassa PLA is a multi-purpose, floor-standing enclosure that is suitable for various applications. It has a nominal height of 1500 mm, width of 1250 mm, and depth of 320 mm, also is made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass. This material provides the enclosure with durability and resistance to harsh environments, both indoor and outdoor. The enclosure is available in grey (RAL 7035) color and consists of two side parts, two transparent front doors, and two rear panels. The door can be opened from both the right and left sides, up to 120°, and features a four-point lock with a 5 mm double-bar insert.
The doors and rear panels are also removable for maintenance purposes, the enclosure offers robust protection against various hazards, including fire, impact, dust, and water. It can withstand fire up to 960 °C in accordance with the IEC 62208 standard Additionally, it has an IK08 rating (IEC 62262), indicating high resistance to impacts, and an IP65 rating (IEC 60529), offering high protection against dust and water. The enclosure is UL 508 A and DNV Marine certified, and has class II electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks and allow for the building of totally insulated solutions. It is also designed to be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -35 °C to 90 °C without affecting its performance.
