Floor standing polyester enclosure, NSYPLA5103TG, Schneider Electric
This PLA is a multi-purpose and floor-standing unit that is suitable for various applications it measures 500 mm in height, 1000 mm in width, and 320 mm in depth, also is made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass. This material provides the enclosure with durability and resistance to harsh environments, including outdoor and industrial settings. The enclosure is available in grey (RAL 7035). It consists of two side parts, two transparent front doors, and two rear panels. The door can be opened from both the right and left sides, up to 120°, and features a two-point lock with a handle that has a 5 mm double-bar insert.
The doors and rear panels are also removable for maintenance purposes The enclosure is UL/cUL listed, Veritas certified, and DNV Marine approved, offering robust protection against various hazards, including fire, impact, dust, and water. It can withstand fire up to 960 °C in accordance with the IEC 62208 standard. The enclosure also has an IK08 rating (IEC 62262), indicating high resistance to impacts it is rated IP65 (IEC 60529), offering high protection against dust and water additionally. The enclosure has class II electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks and allow for the building of totally insulated solutions. It is UL certified and can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -35 °C to 90 °C without affecting its performance.
