Floor standing polyester enclosure, NSYPLA554G, Schneider Electric

This PLA is a multi-purpose, floor-standing enclosure that is suitable for various applications. It has a nominal size of 500 mm in height, 500 mm in width, and 420 mm in depth. The enclosure is made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass for enhanced durability and resistance to harsh environments, both indoor and outdoor. It is available in grey (RAL 7035) and consists of a top and bottom part, two side parts, one rear panel, and one door. The door can be opened up to 120° from either the right or left side, and is secured with a two-point lock and a 5 mm double-bar.

The door and rear panel can be removed for maintenance purposes. The enclosure offers robust protection against fire, impacts, dust, and water It is certified to withstand fire up to 960 °C in accordance with the IEC 62208 standard, and has an IK10 rating (IEC 62262), indicating high resistance to impacts it is rated IP65 (IEC 60529), offering excellent protection against dust and water. The enclosure also has a Class II electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks and allow for the building of totally insulated solutions. It is UL/cUL listed and DNV Marine certified, and can be stored in ambient air temperatures ranging from -35 °C to 90 °C without affecting its performance.
