Floor standing polyester enclosure, NSYPLAT1073G, Schneider Electric
This PLAT version of the PLA is a versatile, floor-standing enclosure that is suitable for various applications. It has a nominal height of 1000 mm, a width of 750 mm, and a depth of 320 mm. The enclosure is made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, providing it with durability and resistance to harsh environments, both indoors and outdoors. The enclosure is available in grey (RAL 7035) and comprises two side parts, one plain front door, one rear panel, and one canopy. The front door can be opened up to 120° from either the right or left side, providing easy access to the equipment inside. The door features a four-point lock with a handle that has a 5 mm double-bar insert.
The rear panel and door can be removed for maintenance purposes, and the canopy can also be removed by fixing elements to provide access to the top of the enclosure. The enclosure is fire-resistant up to 960 °C in accordance with the IEC 62208 standard. It has an IK10 rating (IEC 62262) to indicate high resistance to impacts, and an IP44 rating (IEC 60529) to provide excellent protection against dust and water additionally. The enclosure has class II electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks and allow for the building of totally insulated solutions.
