Floor standing polyester enclosure, NSYPLAZ774G, Schneider Electric

This PLAZ version of the PLA is a multi-purpose, floor-standing enclosure that is suitable for various applications. It has a nominal height of 750 mm, a width of 750 mm, and a depth of 420 mm. It is made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass, offering durability and resistance to harsh environments, including outdoor and industrial settings. The enclosure is available in grey (RAL 7035) It consists of one top part, one bottom part, two side parts, one rear panel, one plain front door, and one plinth. The door is designed to open up to 120° from either the right or left side, providing easy access to the equipment inside. The door is equipped with a two-point handle lock and a 5 mm double-bar.

The rear panel and door can also be removed for maintenance purposes. The enclosure offers robust protection against various hazards, including fire, impact, dust, and water. It can withstand fire up to 960 °C, in accordance with the IEC 62208 standard. The enclosure also has an IK10 rating (IEC 62262), indicating high resistance to impacts it is rated IP54 (IEC 60529), offering high protection against dust and water additionally. The enclosure has class II electrical insulation to prevent electric shocks and allow for the building of totally insulated solutions.
