The SI7021-A20-GM1R digital relative humidity and temperature sensor integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing and an I2C interface in a single chip. The SI7021-A20-GM1R has a temperature accuracy of ±0.4 °C and a relative humidity accuracy of ±3%. With full factory calibration, the SI7021-A20-GM1R requires no additional RH/temperature calibration during PCB assembly.
