The SI7023-A20-IM1R digital relative humidity and temperature sensor integrates humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing and two PWM outputs in a single chip. The SI7023-A20-IM1R has a temperature accuracy of ±0.4 C and a relative humidity accuracy of ±3%. With full factory calibration, the SI7023-A20-IM1R requires no addition RH/temperature calibration during PCB assembly.
