The LM2671M-ADJ is a regulator with a monolithic integrated circuit built with a LMDMOS process. This regulator provides all the active functions for a step-down switching regulator, capable of driving a 0.5 A load current with excellent line and load regulation. Requires a minimum number of external components, simple to use and includes patented internal frequency compensation and a fixed frequency oscillator.
