UA78L05ACDRG4 | Texas Instruments
Voltage regulator, 5 VDC, 100 mA, positive, SOIC-8, UA78L05ACDRG4
Linear and low-dropout (LDO) regulator, UA78L05ACDRG4, Texas Instruments
The UA78L05ACDRG4 is a fixed-voltage linear regulator and is designed for a wide range of applications. This application includes on-card regulation for elimination of noise and distribution problems associated with single-point regulation as well as for voltage regulation in major appliances. In addition, they can be used with power-pass elements to make high-current voltage regulators. One of these regulators can deliver up to 100 mA of output current. The internal limiting and thermal-shutdown features of these regulators help to protect the device from overload.
