CD4052BE | Texas Instruments
Single Analog Multiplexer or Demultiplexer, PDIP-16, Texas Instruments CD4052BE
2-channel general-purpose multiplexer, CD4052BE, Texas Instruments
The CD4052BE is a differential, four channel, CMOS analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer with logic level conversion in 16 pin DIP package. It is digitally controlled analogue switch having low ON impedance and very low OFF leakage current. This multiplexer circuit dissipate extremely low quiescent power over full VDD - VSS and VDD - VEE supply voltage ranges which is independent of logic state of control signals.
Features
- Wide range of digital and analog signal levels
- Binary address decoding on chip
- Break before make switching eliminates channel overlap
- High OFF resistance, channel leakage of ±100 pA (Typical) at VDD – VEE = 18 V
Applications
- Analog and digital multiplexing and demultiplexing
- Factory automation
- Programmable logic circuits
- A/D and D/A conversion
- Signal gating
