Octal bus transceiver, PDIP-20, Texas Instruments SN74HCT245N
Octal Bus Transceivers With 3-State Outputs , SN74HCT245N, Texas Instruments
The SN74HCT245N is an octal bus transceivers that is designed for asynchronous two-way communication between data buses, the control-function implementation minimizes external timing requirements. This device allows data transmission from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus, depending upon the logic level at the directioncontrol (DIR) input. The output-enable (OE) input can be used to disable the device so that the buses are effectively isolated.
