The non-contact voltage tester SP0105 from VA LABS was designed for the simple testing of AC voltages in the range of 12-1000/48-1000 V AC, 50/60 Hz at sockets, lamp sockets and insulated cables and is ideal for both DIY enthusiasts and electricians due to its high user-friendliness. In addition, the voltage tester can also be used for line tracking of concealed cables and localisation of line interruptions. Identified voltages are indicated by the voltage tester both by an acoustic and a visual signal (integrated LED), whereby the frequency and the light color vary depending on the voltage level. The range of functions is rounded off by an LED working light integrated in the test probe, which can be switched on at the push of a button if the measuring points are poorly illuminated.
