Optocoupler, VO618A-2, VISHAY
The VO618A-2 features a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage. This product has a GaAs infrared diode emitter, which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector, and is incorporated in a 4 pin DIP package. The coupling device is designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits.
