Push-in CAGE CLAMP connection technology is ideal for connecting any conductor type. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be plugged in without the need for tools-all thanks to its pluggable design. This tried-and-tested PUSH WIRE connection offers the fastest method for clamping a conductor. It utilizes the conductor's stiffness to overcome the clamping spring's contact force. Depending on the conductor type, the field-wiring terminal block with Linect is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm² on one side and from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm² on the other side, as well as conductor cross sections from 0.5 mm² to 1.5 mm² and from 0.5 mm² to 0.75 mm². The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the white housing is made of polycarbonate (PC) for insulation.
