Holger Ruban will continue to write the success story as the new CEO of Bürklin Elektronik

Oberhaching, 16.09.2024 The family-owned company Bürklin Elektronik has appointed Holger Ruban as its new Managing Director with effect from 1 November 2024.

With Holger Ruban, Bürklin Elektronik has brought an absolute distribution expert to the top of the company. With 25 years of experience in the industry - most recently as CEO of the Distrelec Group - and extensive expertise in sustainable growth, the manager has everything it takes to drive the company's growth forward.

The 54-year-old from Munich will build on the company's current strategic direction and initiate a new stage of development with a clear focus on optimising the core business.

Holger Ruban will take over from Jürgen Lampert on 1 November 2024, who will not be renewing his contract for personal reasons. The Bürklin Elektronik company would like to thank Jürgen Lampert for the positive and trusting cooperation.

After a short handover phase, Jürgen Lampert will retire from the operational management of the company. The timing of the handover will ensure an optimal and smooth continuation of processes over the course of the year.

Bürklin Elektronik is a family business

The change in management at Bürklin Elektronik has no impact on the company's corporate structure - Bürklin Elektronik remains 100% family-owned. The family fully supports the decision to appoint a new external management team and will continue to liaise closely with Holger Ruban on key company decisions on an ongoing basis.
