Oberhaching, 04.10.2022 - The most important milestone for Bürklin Elektronik in 2022 has been successfully reached: the new Bürklin Elektronik online shop is live!

The new online shop creates the basis for growth and the integration of future digital trends and is another milestone in the transformation from a catalog distributor to a European/international digital distributor.

In order to adapt to the rapidly changing demands of the market and digitalization, Bürklin Elektronik has decided, after strategic planning, to raise the online shop to a new level and make it even more efficient. The entire Bürklin Elektronik team is very happy about this milestone. Since the project began in 2021, the entire team has been working flat out to present customers and suppliers with an efficient and customer-oriented online shop.

In addition to optimizing user-friendliness through fast loading times and a new design for intuitive operation on all end devices, the focus was on improved search and filter functions as well as expanded customer self-service functions. The digital customer account makes all important information available in one central place and offers comprehensive functionalities, so that customers are always flexible and independent. In addition to their order history, they can now access the current order status with shipment tracking, manage their own master data, and manage their watch lists and order templates.

Of course, the work on the online shop does not end with the launch. Based on the requirements and needs, the online store will be permanently developed further. "Since the beginning of the year, we have had a partner at our side - Bits & Minds GmbH - with whom we are pursuing our goal of raising the Bürklin Elektronik shopping experience to a new level," reports Caren Jaeger, Head of eCommerce at Bürklin Elektronik.
