How to use the schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and 3D models

With using the Library Loader

With the Library Loader the models you select are automatically imported into your own ECAD library in the correct format. Here, these models conveniently attach themselves to your mouse so that you can further process them.

Without using Library Loader

A second option - without using the Library Loader - is to manually add the 3D models, footprints, and symbols to your own library in the format of your proprietary ECAD system. To do this, you will first receive a ZIP folder after clicking on the ECAD symbol ECAD. With the download, you will receive all available formats and 3D data, which you can immediately use and place freely.

How to use the models without the Library Loader

1. Select the model:

Search for this symbol on our product pages:ECAD
Click on the symbol to view or request the available models.

2. Download the model:

Select the desired format (z. B. .stp, .sat, .dxf, .fbx and more).
Download the model with one click.
For security reasons, a separate registration is required to download the model.
