If you have received the error message "Your e-mail password combination is not correct", this can have several reasons:
  • The email password combination is incorrect: Use the Forgot Password feature in the login area for this. After successfully entering the e-mail address, we will send you instructions.
  • Your mail address does not exist in the webshop: If you have not received a password reset e-mail, your mail address is not yet registered in the webshop. Please use our registration for this.

If you would like to change your login email address, please log in to your account. Select the menu item "User administration". Here you can create a new user, with a new e-mail address. We will be happy to support you. In this case, please contact our support via e-mail: [email protected]

If you have forgotten your password, please use the forgotten password function. You will find this in the login section. Enter your email address and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

You can change your password in your customer account under profile settings.

To get a digital customer account to benefit from the advantages, please use the registration form and we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you entered. Once you have confirmed your email address, you will have direct access to your digital customer account.

If you already have a customer number with us, enter your customer number when registering. Your account will then be automatically assigned to your customer number.

My account

The digital user account offers full functionalities:

  • Access to the order history of all orders placed offline as well as online
  • Insight into the current order status with shipment tracking
  • Updating your master data (Addresses etc.)
  • Manage watch lists and order templates

In your user account, you can delete delivery addresses you no longer need and add new delivery addresses in the Address Book tab.

If a change of billing address is necessary, please contact [email protected]. We will store your change request in our system.

We will automatically assign you your customer number when you create a new account.

You can find your customer number in your user account in the Profile settings section. Your customer number will also be shown on your order confirmation, delivery note and invoice.

You cannot view your invoices at this time. If you have any questions about invoices, please contact [email protected].

If you would like to create additional users, you can do so in the User Administration section.

If you have outstanding invoices, you will receive a corresponding note in the ordering process, with a request to contact [email protected].

Purchase order

In your user account you have access to the order history of all orders placed in the last 12 months offline as well as online.

You can view the current order status with shipment tracking in the order history in your user account.

Orders of stocked products, which are received by us Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m., are guaranteed to be delivered within Germany on the next working day.

If you do not need your products immediately, but need binding planning security, we will also be happy to deliver on your personal desired date. In the case of products not in stock, which we will be pleased to procure for you, you will receive an individual delivery date.

You will find your invoice number on your invoice. You will find the order number on both the order confirmation and the delivery note.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact [email protected].

Business customers do not have the option to place orders as guests on our online shop. This is because we offer special deals and conditions for business clients that require registration and authentication. However, private customers are welcome to make purchases as guests for a quick and hassle-free buying process. Important: Please note that we can only offer guest ordering for Germany.

No, there is no minimum order value or minimum quantity surcharge. The minimum purchase quantity is predefined for all items.

To place your required order more than once, please use the watch list function.

You can save your shopping cart as a watch list. The other functions are not yet available.

You want to return your order? Contact our customer service via our return form. Select the subject "return" and complete all necessary information. Make sure to include your delivery note number or invoice number as well as the reason for the return. We will promptly take care of your concern and inform you about the further procedure. The deadlines for complaints can be found in our terms and conditions.

Payment

You can pay by credit card, PayPal or on invoice. Please note that the payment method purchase on invoice is available exclusively to our business customers. Here you can find more information about our payment options.

You will receive the invoice by email, post or with the delivery in the package. We will send the invoice as you wish. If you have any payment problems, please contact [email protected].

Please contact our customer service for complaints and returns of goods. Simply write an e-mail to [email protected].

The amount will only be debited upon delivery. If there are more than 30 days between order and delivery, a debit via PayPal is no longer possible. If you have any problems, please contact [email protected].

Shipping & Delivery

Orders of stocked products, which are received by us Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m., are guaranteed to be delivered within Germany on the next working day. This may differ for dangerous goods or rare exceptions (force majeure).
If you do not need your products immediately, but need binding planning security, we will also be happy to deliver on your personal desired date. In the case of products not in stock, which we will be pleased to procure for you, you will receive an individual delivery date.

If you order stock items before 6pm, they will be ready for dispatch on the same working day and will arrive on the following working day.

The amount of shipping costs depends on the shipping country. For Germany the shipping costs are 6.90 € plus VAT. Under shipping information you can find a detailed overview of the shipping rates.

Our standard delivery times are one day for goods in stock within Germany. Within the EU two to three days and for countries outside the EU three to four days.

You can create a different delivery address in the order. You can manage your delivery addresses in your digital user account.

Yes, you can place your order online and pick it up in shop. Please select the option "Collection in store" in the shipping step of the checkout process.

Yes, you can specify a desired delivery date in the order process.

All parcels (excluding third countries) are shipped via UPS.

In your digital user account, you can view the current order status at item level in the order history.

You can select complete delivery in the order process. If you select this, your order will not be shipped until all items are ready for shipment.

Use the wish lists to remember products for later and to make a quick preselection that you can transfer directly to the shopping basket.

If you already have the Bürklin article number and the required quantity to hand, use our CSV import. Upload your parts list quickly and easily in CSV format - the items will be added to your shopping basket. The quick order - manual entry of Bürklin article numbers and the desired quantity - is also available to you. You can find both features here.

This is the so-called double-opt-in procedure (DOI), so that your registration or e-mail address is confirmed. This prevents the misuse of e-mail addresses by third parties. Only after confirmation of the DOI e-mail will you receive our newsletter in future.
