Fine-etching crystal, SENO 3207

Modern, versatile and clean etching agent with especially even action for high contrast, low under-etching and unproblematic neutralization. Contrary to ammonium persulfate, this extraordinarily fine powder dissolves perfectly in water and does not crystallize even at 0 °C. Slightly aggressive. Splashes and spills can be rinsed off easily with water. This fine-etching crystal is an ideal alternative to iron-III chloride. Etching machines with a high throughput rate should be equipped with a cooling system. This agent is intended for technical use only. It must be appropriately used, stored and disposed of. Work material regulations should be observed. Free of ammonium. Can be used many times over for all conventional processes.

Operating temperatures: 30 to 40 °C, does not crystallize

The etching speed (depends on the technique, temperature and copper content of the solution) is 30 to 8.0 my/min with an average copper transfer of 30 to 40 g/l. The optimal concentration is 200 to 240 g/l
