The piezoelectric vibration sensor has been developed for continuous monitoring of the vibration velocity. The piezoelectric vibration sensor measures the vibration velocity in the range of ± 12.7 mm/s or ± 25.4 mm/s in the frequency range between 3 Hz and 1500 kHz.

The measured vibration velocity is output as a 4-20 mA process current. The vibration sensor is connected to a controller or process display in a current loop via a MIL-C-5015 connector. Depending on the design, the connection socket is mounted vertically or horizontally on the piezoelectric vibration sensor. The piezoelectric vibration sensor can be operated with a voltage of 12-24 V DC.
